Puppy Love...

The puppies are doing so good. I have had some requests for updates so here you go. All of them are around a pound or so except Lola she is a little smaller. They are starting to walk all over and close to getting out of the small pen so soon we will move to the kennel. They are so fun to watch , they nibble on each other and are starting to make little growling sounds. This is little Lola

when they are nice and warm by the fire they like to sleep on their backs like this...there little legs twitching in the air.

Flow Rider

We have had a busy, fun, eventful week this past week. John's little brother Shon is being deployed to Afganistan and we had 7 of the 8 Conover siblings spouses and all their children and mom and dad at our house over the weekend to see him off. Then Jeff and Katie stayed an additional week so we were able to spend some fun time with them. Yesterday John's brothers Mike and Jeff and their families joined us for a great day in Ogden at Flow Rider. It is an indoor wave that you can surf and body board on. We rented it for two hours and it was fabulous. It was so much fun for everyone. It was great to watch the kids get up and go I was surprised at our little surfer Kelsie most everyone started out with help form the rope but after a time or two she would just jump on the wave with no help at all. We are thinking this will have to be an annual event with our family!

John gets closer to Ninja status....

John is so dedicated to Hap-ki-do. This is the Korean form of Martial arts that our family does. He teaches twice a week at the Daybreak rec center and loves every minute of it. He was just rewarded with his 3rd Dan black belt. We are very proud of him and his dedication and hard work. Master Summers, Master Lim, Johnny, Nathan and Shawn.

Sun, Fun and Disneyland

My wonderful husband took care of the kids and the house for a week while I ran away to California for a week. I met my big brother Jeff and my little sister Angie and her family at Disneyland. We had a great week together and I loved every minute of it! Thanks you so much Angie for letting us crash your family trip! All Kelsie wanted was a picture from the airplane so this was fot her. Beautiful coastline.
The first night Camden wanted to "DO" my hair....didn't he do a good job?

Bella's new puppies!

What an amazing morning. I found Bella at 6:30 this morning ready to go. She had the first 3 puppies within a half hour. After about an hour wait she started pushing again only this time we saw paws coming first. After a few pushes the sac broke and we got a little nervous. My friend that is a vet tech came over to help and just before we were ready to take her to the emergency pet clinic she has one more good push and we were able to help work the puppy out. She was the biggest at 6.2 ounces. The smallest 4.2 ounces. Momma and babies are doing great! Here are our 4 new little girls!

Kickn' it with Grandma (or kicking grandma)

We have had a great 2 weeks with my mom. She is so fun to have here with us and the kids. She put this great hat together for Trenton's crazy hat day at school. Jeffy loved to wear it so he is our model. Jeff also love relaxing with grandma.....maybe a little too much. He was sound asleep and kept stretching his leg out right in her face. She was a good sport and we all had a good chuckle.

Lady and the Tramp revisited...

We had pasta sunday for dinner and Jeffy decided it was much more fun eating when you can share with the dog. Bella rather enjoyed herself too. She is also getting ready to have puppies is a few days. Four for sure and possibly five!

Bring on the Braces

Jason got his braces on this week. He was very excited. Now the excitement has worn off (one day later) and the count down to removal is on. ;)
