My two little guys finally have a cool room.

While Angie was here for the holidays she helped me paint Trenton and Jeff's bedroom. I love how it turned out. I also loved doing it with Angie cuz we had so much fun and laughed all day. Somehow with her it just doesn't seem like work.

This is of course Jeff loving his new room. He actually sleeps in here now and loves his bed. ( I think I see a little of Brad in Jeffy...."the great cornholyo" Can you see it?

Ahhhh, on to the next project.

Happy Birthday To......

...one of the BESTEST sisters a girl could ever ask for! I hacked into Melly's blog to tell the world (or anyone that looks at her blog) how much I love her and I'm so thankful for who she is and the example she is to all around her!! 39 years ago today an Angel was born and to that I am grateful. We didn't always like each other but, I'm glad things drastically changed about 17 years ago! Mel, I look up to you so much and admire who you are. Thank you for always making being around you lots of fun. I'm thankful for all the time we have gotten to spend with each other this year. It's been a hard year for you but you have carried on! You have always been a listening ear when I needed one and have always known what to say to comfort me and make me feel better. I needed to write it down because saying on the phone I would just be crying like a baby. You will always have a special place in my heart!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL!!! I hope it's a good one! I hope this next year is a million times better than the last!! Thank you for being my sister and most of all my best friend!

Jeffy has a birthday

It's the big 3 for Jeffy and he has been so excited for his birthday. Every day for the last few months has been his 'birthday'. Just look at this cute kiddo! In the morning he help to make his cake.

For the last couple years my brother Eric and his Wife Alisyn have hosted a sledding extravaganza Christmas day. We have a blast with family and friends. Followed by yummy hot soup and hot cocoa and biscotti. Thanks Eric and Alisyn for another great day of fun! The chain gang...I wish Kelsie's face was not covered by the bushes, it's priceless!

This is Trent in the 'Skige' that Kevin and Brad made. A couple of years ago Kevin made a Skike. A bike with ski's on it. This years they put a Jogging stroller with a bike. I love it!

Christmas 2009

Whew...what an amazing busy, fun and wonderful two weeks. We had John's mission friend from Australia and his daughter for a week and then my sister Angie her husband Justin and their 4 kids the next week. Like I said I loved every miniute of it. It is always a little sad when everyone goes. (Especially Angie ;) Christmas morning was glorious caos. I love tourturing my kids by getting up and making a big breakfast and then having all the dishes done before we dive into gifts. Lets face it all that anticipation is half the fun anyway.
